
Urology Clinical Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Drive strategic opportunities for business expansion and collaboration with major urology groups and clinics, specifically the top 20 largest urology practices in the territory.
• Develop comprehensive strategic plans aimed at acquiring and retaining both new and existing clients.
• Optimize contracting opportunities related to client billing.
• Execute laboratory services agreements (LSAs) with billing account institutions.
• Collaborate and coordinate with all sales roles (VP, Sales, RSDs, DSMs, SAMs, and GLs) to achieve company goals and objectives successfully.
• Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities between potential oncology clients and Tempus.
• Promote and facilitate compliance with new web-based molecular information tools for all clients.
• Continuously assess the competitive landscape and environment within assigned accounts to identify trends and provide feedback to Tempus leadership.
• Monitor sales performance to ensure that objectives are achieved.
• Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that includes budgets, travel, territory management, goal setting, and more.
• Work efficiently with individuals across various departments within Tempus.
• Embrace, embody, and consistently represent the Tempus company culture to both external and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to offer an integrated MolDx/SaaS solution utilizing Tempus’s sequencing technology to potential clients and customers.
• Proficiency in engaging in a consultative selling process that addresses objections and indifferences while aligning client needs with Tempus’ offerings.
• Comfortable with selling at the executive level (CEO, COO, CFO).
• Strong understanding of the payor and reimbursement landscape in oncology and diagnostics.
• Capability to work independently, communicate proactively, manage multiple projects, and prioritize daily tasks while meeting critical deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of molecular diagnostics for oncology and the evolving competitive environment.
