This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct age-appropriate medical histories and virtual examinations, assess, diagnose, propose treatment plans, and accurately document findings in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional patient care while ensuring safety measures are upheld.
• Record patient medical information and review their history during each appointment.
• Seek consultations or referrals from other healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Educate and counsel patients regarding their health.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as required.
• Assess, triage, and manage pediatric and adult patients for acute care, chronic disease management, and mental health issues.
• Stay informed about the latest medical research and trends.
• Deliver care to patients of all ages while collaborating with providers and support teams.
• Keep patient records accurate and up-to-date.
• Completion of a three-year residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• Over three years of post-residency experience in a dynamic Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient environment.
• Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual-boarded in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• Successful completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license in at least one state.
• Experience and comfort in providing care across all age groups, from newborns to adults.
• Capacity to operate within an integrated medical practice.
• Extensive range of clinical expertise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven proficiency with technology.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Not currently excluded or sanctioned by any state or federal healthcare program.
• Must maintain an active Medicare status.
• Flexible scheduling, including availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods and effectively use a keyboard, computer, and other office-related equipment.
• Must meet attendance requirements at the designated work location.
• Coverage for medical malpractice insurance is provided.
• Per-visit compensation ranges from $28.50 to $33.00 based on monthly scheduling hours.
• Higher per-visit rates are available for those committing to increased monthly scheduling.
