This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Perform age-appropriate history assessments and virtual examinations.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of conditions throughout the lifespan.
• Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests.
• Create and document treatment plans promptly and accurately.
• Oversee the management of acute, chronic, and mental health issues for both pediatric and adult patients.
• Seek consultation or referrals from other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
• Stay updated on clinical best practices and evidence-based care.
• Offer cross-coverage for responsibilities such as reviewing laboratory results.
• Provide flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, having previously graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Possess an active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license while maintaining Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in line with state regulations.
• Hold current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
• Maintain an active RN compact license.
• Have an active multi-state licensure **(preferably 5+ licenses)**.
• Minimum of 3+ years of post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care environments.
• Experience in providing care to patients ranging from newborns to adults.
• Ability to operate within an integrated medical practice.
• Strong clinical judgment and capability to manage a diverse array of conditions.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and patient engagement abilities.
• Familiarity with technology and electronic medical records.
• Maintain active Medicare status – must be in good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs.
