This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Conduct age-appropriate patient histories and virtual examinations.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide array of conditions throughout the lifespan.
• Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests as required.
• Create and document treatment plans promptly and accurately.
• Manage acute, chronic, and mental health issues for both pediatric and adult patients.
• Request consultations or referrals with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
• Stay updated on clinical best practices and evidence-based care.
• Offer cross-coverage for tasks such as reviewing laboratory results.
• Provide flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends.
• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, having previously graduated from an accredited nursing school.
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, compliant with state regulations.
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from AANP or ANCC.
• Active RN compact license.
• Active multi-state licensure **(5+ licenses preferred)**.
• Minimum of 3+ years of post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care environments.
• Experience in providing care to populations ranging from newborns to adults.
• Ability to operate effectively within an integrated medical practice.
• Strong clinical judgment and capability to manage a diverse range of conditions.
• Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and patient engagement.
• Proficiency in technology and electronic medical records.
• Maintain active Medicare status - in good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from federal health program participation.
