This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and steer the strategy for a major intelligence-focused organization aimed at enhancing and establishing processes or systems through a comprehensive understanding of customer goals, alongside market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders both within and outside the designated job role, with the responsibility to liaise with internal and external entities including customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Review initiatives and collaborate with the CACI site lead to guarantee effective technical implementation across all programs within the assigned Naval Undersea Warfare Command (NUWC) or designated portfolio.
• Propose innovative concepts or strategies for customer needs while generating solutions to tackle existing challenges.
• Contribute to CACI’s Strategic Plan for growth by partnering to formulate a unified technology strategy that aligns with business objectives to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Engage in the analysis of alternatives, task planning, scope definition, and technical risk management to ensure successful program delivery.
• Create and assist in the publication of technical briefs, transition briefs, white papers, and proposals.
• Support Engineering Review Boards, Program Management Reviews, system demonstrations, formal testing events, and other technical exchange meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate to devise and implement strategic plans to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
• Assess engineering systems, processes, and projects to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, providing recommendations to the CACI site lead for enhancing team performance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience with at least 10 years in DoD engineering or engineering management roles.
• A minimum of 8-10 years in a position that necessitates engineering management expertise.
• Valid TS/SCI clearance.
• Proven ability in complex problem-solving and performance-driven results.
• Strong customer relationship management skills, experience in technical meetings, and a history of representing organizations in technical discussions.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with significant experience in developing and/or supporting white papers, technical proposals, and Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) documentation.
