This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Design, implement, document, and sustain our multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Act as a consultant for development teams to guarantee seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications and services.
• Create and manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automation management tools.
• Safeguard both traditional and AI workloads.
• Ensure the high availability, scalability, and performance of our systems.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate infrastructure challenges.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot relational and NoSQL databases.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Assess security and compliance risks.
• Over 5 years of experience in a DevOps or SRE position, emphasizing cloud-native technologies.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong understanding of the risks and limitations associated with AI-based tools.
• Capability to work effectively within a geographically distributed and diverse team.
• Ability to independently make sound, well-reasoned decisions and take appropriate actions.
• Proficiency in Go or Python, along with experience in creating automation scripts and tools.
• Proficient in Linux, networking fundamentals, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and LogScale.
• Experience with cloud service providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Competency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Helm and Terraform.
• Knowledge of database technologies, including relational and NoSQL databases such as ElasticSearch, GraphQL, and Cassandra.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous delivery methods.
