This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Leadership of the team and development of personnel: serve as the primary liaison for the team, conducting weekly meetings to encourage both professional growth and personal development.
• Assurance of quality within the team: perform regular in-depth reviews of team members' accounts to pinpoint opportunities and enhance performance.
• Management of resources: oversee team utilization, assist in capacity planning, and contribute to recruitment efforts.
• Operational and strategic oversight of major clients (managing budgets ranging from six to seven figures) and executing onboarding processes.
• Establishment, management, and optimization of campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Web Analytics) across all pertinent channels.
• Analysis of business KPIs, generating proactive recommendations for action, and independently leading client meetings.
• Definition and monitoring of agency-wide quality standards for campaign setups, reporting, and audits.
• Proactive automation and enhancements of workflows.
• Preparation of potential analyses and partial support for sales meetings.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in performance marketing (SEA), preferably with a substantial background in an agency setting.
• Hands-on approach: as part of a small team (currently consisting of 7 individuals), proactive engagement is expected.
• Leadership capabilities: prior experience in leading teams or successfully undertaking mentoring roles is required.
• Extensive technical expertise: proficiency in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and GA4 is essential.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and comfort with scripts and technical implementations are necessary.
• Bonus: experience with feed management and other SEA-specific tools is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset: familiarity with terms such as attribution models, consent banner adjustments, and competitor analyses is essential.
• A customer-oriented, independent, structured, and goal-driven working style with a strong service focus.
• Exceptional skills in analyzing and interpreting data.
• Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flat hierarchies: direct collaboration with Sergej, the CEO.
