This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance paid media campaigns for clients across diverse sectors on platforms such as Google, Bing, Meta, and other advertising networks, ensuring alignment with their defined paid media objectives.
• Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to guarantee optimal delivery without underperformance or oversaturation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of paid campaigns to create and apply both proactive and reactive strategies aimed at ongoing performance enhancement.
• Track and present performance metrics of paid marketing initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate campaign activities, their implications, and strategies for performance improvement to internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute and convey competitive research for clients, developing and enacting offensive and defensive strategies to elevate client visibility over competitors through paid media initiatives.
• Offer recommendations to critical stakeholders regarding landing page optimizations and strategies to enhance paid media outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest best practices in paid media, as well as planning and research tools.
• Collaborate with the Paid Media Operations team for the launch of new accounts and/or campaigns.
• Provide assistance to internal stakeholders regarding relevant paid media inquiries.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by management.
• 1-2 years of experience in paid media within an agency setting.
• Client-facing experience is preferred, including engagement in meetings, sharing campaign updates, and fostering positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining performance reports using tools such as Looker Studio, NinjaCat, etc.
• Coachability: Exhibits a growth mindset by actively seeking, accepting, and applying feedback to enhance performance and adapt to changing processes and priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with internal teams and clear communication with clients.

• Strong work ethic, capable of prioritizing tasks, adhering to deadlines, and consistently delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, sorting and filtering data, and generating reports to assist in campaign analysis.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
