This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Develop and expand paid acquisition strategies for our Subscriptions and Consumables product lines on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels.
β’ Take ownership of channel strategies, campaign configurations, budget management, and daily optimizations aimed at meeting revenue, ROAS, CAC, traffic, CPC, and conversion targets.
β’ Create a comprehensive testing roadmap that encompasses audiences, bidding strategies, campaign structures, creatives, landing pages, and new opportunities within platforms.
β’ Collaborate with our Senior Performance Creative Manager, internal creative teams, and agency partners to transform performance insights into innovative concepts and creative variations.
β’ Identify enhancement opportunities throughout the post-click journey and work alongside the Digital Product team on landing page and conversion testing initiatives.
β’ Generate weekly and monthly forecasts, clearly communicate performance metrics, and suggest budget or strategy adjustments based on the results.
β’ Develop reporting and automation systems that enhance visibility, operational efficiency, and accelerate decision-making processes.
β’ Disseminate insights throughout the Growth organization while remaining informed about platform updates, attribution methodologies, AI-driven marketing, and emerging acquisition tactics.
β’ 5-7 years of direct-to-consumer digital marketing experience, including a minimum of 4 years of hands-on work in paid social and paid search.
β’ Demonstrated success in building and scaling campaigns on Meta Ads, with practical experience in TikTok, Google, and YouTube Ads.
β’ Proven track record in managing significant media budgets and enhancing acquisition performance through systematic testing and optimization.
β’ Deep understanding of attribution and revenue reporting, with the capability to link media spending to customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue generation.
β’ Strong creative instincts and experience in converting performance data into actionable briefs, innovative concepts, and testing priorities.
β’ Highly analytical, with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel or Google Sheets to detect trends and facilitate informed decision-making.
β’ Self-motivated, resourceful, and organized, with the ability to establish structure and drive progress in a dynamic environment.
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with teams across Growth, Creative, Digital Product, and external agency partners.
β’ An AI-oriented approach, with experience in leveraging AI for analysis, copywriting, targeting, testing, or workflow automation.
β’ Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, Google Data Studio, or Supermetrics is advantageous, along with a working knowledge of SEO and answer engine optimization.
