This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Drive Rula’s patient marketing goals by utilizing data-driven strategies for the effective and scalable execution of its paid search program.
• Accountable for surpassing patient start targets while adhering to the required LTV ROI by implementing AI-focused, data-driven optimizations to enhance the program's potential.
• Effectively communicate and narrate stories, while collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify issues, prioritize tasks, and convey necessary actions or results to key stakeholders, including those in Analytics and Finance.
• Confidently engage with leadership, including the executive (S-team) team.
• Over 7 years of relevant professional experience in executing and managing paid search programs.
• Mastery of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms; expert knowledge of sound account and campaign structures, optimization strategies, and smart bidding techniques.
• Proven experience in managing substantial budgets, specifically $1M+ per month.
• Background in collaborating with cross-functional partners, such as Finance and Analytics, to enhance channel performance.
• Experience with Google Smart Bidding, particularly tROAS.
• Google Ads certification for Search is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team of one or more specialists is preferred.
• Familiarity with YouTube Demand Generation, Performance Max, and AI Max is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in building and utilizing AI agents to automate paid search operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in Looker or similar data visualization tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of first-party data integration tools such as Freshpaint, Segment, etc., is preferred.
