This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns across paid platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), email/lifecycle, and outbound aligned with SDR efforts.
• Take charge of event strategy and execution in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator to promote meaningful engagement and generate a high-quality pipeline.
• Manage Barti's webinar program, overseeing everything from content creation to promotion and follow-up.
• Identify and implement direct mail campaigns as well as sponsor publications or newsletters.
• Establish and oversee a referrals program to create a steady, low-cost pipeline.
• Collaborate with SDRs to develop outbound sequences, talk tracks, and strategies that open doors.
• Handle the operational execution of your campaigns, which includes UTM structures, HubSpot builds, and email deployment, while also contributing to broader team processes.
• Concentrate on achieving tangible revenue and pipeline results instead of merely increasing MQL counts, while offering data-driven insights to executive leadership on resource allocation.
• 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or field marketing within a B2B SaaS context.
• Demonstrated success in driving new-logo growth through multi-channel campaigns and events.
• Practical experience in executing campaigns personally, including planning and conducting events (both virtual and in-person), email marketing, and paid media, rather than relying solely on agencies.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales or SDR teams on outbound strategies and enablement.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Background in a fast-paced B2B startup environment, with a proven ability to establish processes in new and unstructured settings.
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities, capable of managing multiple concurrent programs.
• Familiarity with direct mail, publication sponsorships, or referral programs is advantageous.
• Knowledge of intent data, lead scoring, or account-based marketing is a plus.
