This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Work collaboratively across various departments to ensure that campaigns meet business goals and audience requirements.
• Convert product positioning and messaging into engaging campaign stories.
• Direct the strategy and execution of outbound email campaigns, including nurture programs, newsletters, and product announcements.
• Create segmentation strategies and enhance email effectiveness through A/B testing and analytics.
• Evaluate campaign performance and offer actionable insights to boost pipeline generation and impact.
• Collaborate with RevOps to enhance attribution and reporting methodologies.
• Serve as a vital partner to Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to guarantee consistent messaging and campaign cohesion.
• Keep abreast of marketing technology trends and implement innovations to enhance campaign outcomes.
• Team up with Marketing Ops to ensure precise tracking in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong.
• Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, emphasizing campaign management and email marketing.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing ABM technology (e.g., 6Sense, Common Room, or similar) to execute account-based campaigns.
• Background in B2B SaaS is required; HR Tech experience is preferred.
• Strong grasp of omni-channel marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and personalization across platforms such as email, web, social, paid, community, etc.
• Exceptional writing skills, capable of crafting concise, value-driven messaging that prompts action tailored to specific audiences.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Established capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions, referencing insights from marketing trends, KPIs, and stakeholder feedback.
• Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Experience with tools such as 6Sense, Gong, Outreach, WordPress, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related communications field or equivalent professional experience.
