Union Benefits Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to union members who have requested their benefits package.

• Maintain professional communication to ensure clients receive the coverage they are eligible for.

• Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing members.

• Operate independently while also contributing to the overall performance goals of the team.

• Adjust to new training, tools, and strategies in a dynamic work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior experience or degree necessary — comprehensive training will be provided.

• Excellent communication skills along with a client-oriented approach.

• Self-driven, goal-focused, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

• Open to feedback with the ability to learn and adapt effectively.

• Must have access to a Microsoft-based computer that can run Zoom Workplace, along with a reliable internet connection for remote work.
