This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee service intake through email and the client portal.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for straightforward issues within single-user system environments.
• Accurately document troubleshooting efforts in the ticketing system.
• Assist Professional Services with client onsite deployments as required.
• Follow established client support documentation protocols.
• Must possess A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals certification or equivalent practical experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a service-related role.
• Basic skills in infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
