This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the digital marketing authority in the market, working closely with the CMG sales team to enhance digital revenue growth through consultative client interactions and strategic marketing solutions.
• Collaborate directly with Account Executives during client meetings to identify business objectives, perform client needs assessments, design tailored digital marketing strategies, and present comprehensive solutions that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Participate in client needs evaluation meetings alongside Account Executives to reveal clients' business aims and marketing objectives.
• Create personalized digital marketing strategies and integrated proposals that align with clients' goals and budgetary constraints.
• Confidently present strategic digital recommendations in conjunction with the local sales team.
• Function as the market's digital subject matter expert, educating clients and Account Executives on digital marketing strategies, products, and industry developments.
• Work with sales leadership to pinpoint high-growth accounts, prospect opportunities, and strategic revenue initiatives.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all necessary documentation for digital campaigns and insertion order details.
• Collaborate with the CMG Local Solutions Campaign Operations team to track campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and suggest strategic improvements.
• Evaluate campaign outcomes and relay performance insights to both Account Executives and clients.
• Recognize opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional digital marketing solutions.
• Work in partnership with CMG Local Solutions teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Campaign Operations, Performance Management, Digital Marketing Analysts, and Creative Services.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, platforms, technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Preferred experience in outside sales, digital media, marketing, or client-facing consulting roles.
• Results-driven professional with a proactive approach to pursuing business opportunities, exhibiting energy, accountability, and strategic insight.
• Proven capability in building relationships, identifying business challenges, formulating marketing strategies, and confidently requesting business commitments.
• Established expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem, encompassing programmatic advertising, DSPs/SSPs, customer attribution, audience targeting, and emerging digital marketing trends.
• Strong skills in presentation, communication, and consultative selling.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience in translating campaign performance data into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; familiarity with GA4, digital reporting tools, and attribution technologies is advantageous.
• Tech-savvy with a commitment to continually learning new platforms and products.
• Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Availability for occasional overnight travel is required.
