Underwriting Technical Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist the team with binding processes

• Efficiently navigate carrier portals to complete binding orders

• Process documentation and follow up on any outstanding paperwork

• Manage endorsement requests and their processing

• Collect and organize necessary information to finalize files

• Establish and maintain files, including importing documentation as required

• Timely request essential information from agents

• Collaborate with carriers to address inquiries and resolve disputes

• Provide general support to the team as necessary

• Continuously enhance knowledge of the industry and the role of wholesale within it

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business or Risk Management

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant field or similar position

• Familiarity with insurance and policy issuance systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
