📋 Description

• Act as a leading technical underwriter within the team.

• Offer expert judgment and advice on escalated cases.

• Utilize extensive reinsurance knowledge.

• Function as a reliable underwriting partner to Distribution and Field leadership.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of underwriting guidelines, risk assessment methods, and regulatory standards.

• Advocate for the adoption and effective implementation of modern underwriting tools and platforms.

• Mentor, train, and support underwriters in advanced case management and the use of digital tools.

• Proven capability to embrace and promote technology-driven solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in navigating within reinsurance frameworks.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies (such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), GenAI, and wearable technologies).

• Familiarity with quality control initiatives (e.g., Random Holdouts (RHO) and Post-Issue Audits (PIA)).

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
