This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assess policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and more, addressing discrepancies and implementing necessary modifications.

• Review and execute policy servicing requests, including endorsements, audits, company inquiries, certificates, premium finance notices, and cancellations.

• Organize and maintain file and account documentation.

• Invoice and manage new business and renewal binders, as well as premium-bearing endorsements and cancellations, in accordance with internal and carrier protocols.

• Initiate new submissions within the clearance system and manage them following established procedures.

• Generate cancellation and non-renewal notices in line with statutory and contractual obligations.

• Oversee underwriting files for accounts without issued policies and process them according to company and internal guidelines.

• Maintain the pending/suspense system in accordance with established procedures.

• Keep account files aligned with company policies.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in wholesale insurance.

• State-specific insurance license required.

• Background as an underwriting clerk or three years of general insurance experience is preferred.

• Capability to comprehend and analyze essential components of insurance policies.

• Knowledge of commercial multi-line underwriting and rating is essential.

• Proficiency in using carrier software is required.

• Ability to cultivate and sustain excellent working relationships with carriers and agents.

• Teamwork skills are necessary.

• Stay updated with current knowledge of the insurance industry.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.

• Willingness to work extended hours when needed.
