Underwriting Associate – Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Under direct supervision, conducts fundamental due diligence, document processing, and financial/statistical analysis to support the underwriting function.

• Executes basic due diligence tasks, which include reviewing pertinent forms, providing analyses, and ordering necessary reports.

• Aids in the underwriting process by verifying the accuracy and/or completeness of relevant information and documentation.

• Carries out basic financial analyses, encompassing cash flow and collateral assessments.

• Investigates and addresses inquiries and questions from both internal and external customers.

• Associate degree or equivalent qualification.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in making credit decisions.

• Strong decision-making capabilities.

• Experience in financial analysis.

• Skills in identifying risks.
