This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Prepares and authorizes account renewals within the defined authority limit, emphasizing long-term profitability.

• Utilizes negotiation skills to secure appropriate rates.

• Reviews account details, including coverage specifics, claims history, and any pertinent updates or changes.

• Assesses the risk profile of each account to determine renewal eligibility.

• Engages with agents to confirm that renewal information has been requested and received.

• Works collaboratively with underwriters throughout the renewal process.

• Ensures proper documentation is maintained in files.

• Builds relationships with agents by delivering exceptional customer service to enhance renewal retention.

• Addresses concerns or issues raised by agents relating to endorsements and renewals.

• Underwrites and provides endorsement quotes to agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• One year of experience in the insurance industry or a related field.

• A Bachelor’s degree may be accepted in place of the insurance industry experience requirement.

• Strong attention to detail and precise data entry skills.

• Proficient personal computer skills, particularly in Microsoft products.

• General understanding of insurance terminology.

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle report.
