UKG Ready Technical Consultant – Independent Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive UKG Ready implementation services, leveraging over 2 years of practical implementation experience.

• Set up and implement payroll and timekeeping modules, utilizing extensive knowledge of payroll and timekeeping procedures.

• Identify and rectify system configuration challenges and address issues reported by clients.

• Oversee multiple client implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within established timelines.

• Provide regular updates on project status and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the implementation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience delivering client-facing UKG Ready implementation services, either as an independent consultant or through a vendor or consulting firm.

• In-depth knowledge of the Full Suite of UKG Ready.

• Experience with complex, multi-entity implementations.

• Previous experience in owning and leading multiple projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven organizational and time management skills.

• Compensation will be based on a mutually agreed hourly rate, billed by the consultant.

• The consultant retains the freedom to offer services to other clients, as long as there is no conflict of interest with ongoing HCM Unlocked projects.

• The consultant is required to maintain their own general liability insurance and, when mandated by law, workers' compensation coverage.
