
UKG Ready Payroll/HR System Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Guide clients through the complete UKG Ready implementation process — from initial discovery workshops and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and the go-live phase.
• Configure and enhance UKG Ready Payroll and Core HR modules by utilizing industry best practices.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to comprehend business processes and devise effective solutions.
• Conduct client workshops, working sessions, and solution evaluations.
• Oversee testing phases, data validation, and system acceptance procedures.
• Work together with project managers and other consultants on multi-module implementations.
• Offer post-go-live assistance and best practice advice to ensure sustained client success.
• Keep abreast of UKG Ready product updates and implementation methodologies.
• 2–4 years of experience in implementing UKG Ready (Kronos Workforce Ready), particularly in Payroll / HR.
• Familiarity with configuring or supporting HRIS / Payroll systems.
• Knowledge of the software implementation lifecycle and system testing protocols.
• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to engage directly with client stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with additional UKG Ready modules (such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, etc.) is an advantage.
