UKG Pro WFM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate sessions to gather requirements for the implementation of UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Analytics)

• Engage in solution design, configuration, and the execution of unit tests

• Create project documentation including FRDs, Strategy Documents, and Cutover Plans

• Organize UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide "Train the Trainer" style training sessions

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with UKG Pro WFM (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, and/or Analytics)

• Familiarity with integrations, particularly Boomi Integration (highly preferred)

• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and the implementation lifecycle

• Understanding of testing processes (unit and UAT) and supporting user validation

• Required qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

• Proficiency in English (Advanced/Fluent)
