This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Act as a reliable consultant and advisor for clients during UKG Pro implementations, with a primary focus on the Payroll module.
• Assist throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, which includes requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live assistance.
• Convert business requirements into comprehensive documentation, project plans, functional specifications, and system solutions.
• Facilitate data migration by conducting data mapping, validation, testing, and conversion into UKG Pro.
• Oversee multiple client deliverables, priorities, client relationships, and project timelines.
• Suggest best practices and consulting strategies to enhance UKG Pro environments and HR/payroll processes.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, training sessions, and presentations.
• Work collaboratively with project teams, clients, and fellow consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with full-cycle HR/payroll system implementations, particularly with strong expertise in UKG Pro Payroll.
• Experience in a professional services, consulting, or client-facing role.
• Proven experience in configuring, developing, testing, and supporting UKG Pro Payroll solutions.
• Strong technical abilities, including SQL queries, basic scripting, and understanding relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with the software development/project lifecycle from requirements gathering through to implementation and rollout.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Capability to work independently in a remote consulting setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and ability to engage on a contract basis when suitable client opportunities arise.
• Clearly defined current or upcoming availability, which includes expected notice period and potential contract start date.
• Ability to adhere to agreed project schedules and deliverables once assigned.
• For US and Canada candidates: willingness to travel for client engagements as needed, up to 10%.
• For Philippines candidates: this is a remote position; travel is not required.
• Valid authorization to work in the respective country.
