This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Assist clients throughout the entire Dayforce HCM implementation journey, beginning with discovery workshops and requirements gathering, and continuing through configuration, testing, training, deployment, and go-live.
• Configure and enhance Dayforce Payroll by utilizing best practices and catering to client-specific needs.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gain insight into business processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, simplify complexities, and ensure compliance.
• Conduct client workshops, requirements sessions, demonstrations, and collaborative working sessions.
• Aid in testing, payroll balancing, parallel testing, and cutover processes.
• Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, configuration, testing, and other relevant materials.
• Provide support post-go-live and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Diagnose configuration and functional issues, working with project teams to develop solutions.
• Share best practices related to Dayforce and engage in knowledge sharing within the consulting team.
• Work in conjunction with project managers, consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders across various workstreams.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Dayforce implementations, particularly with Dayforce Payroll.
• At least 3 years of experience in HCM systems within consulting, HRIS, payroll, or a similar domain.
• Proficiency in business process mapping, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Practical experience in supporting payroll balancing, testing, and cutover activities.
• Strong grasp of HR and payroll processes with the capability to convert business requirements into Dayforce solutions.
• Exceptional client-facing and communication abilities, including leading workshops, fostering client trust, and clearly articulating complex concepts.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a consulting setting.
• Experience with SaaS-based HCM platforms.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote consulting environment with geographically dispersed project teams.
• Openness and ability to engage on a contract basis when appropriate opportunities arise.
• Clearly defined availability, including expected notice period and potential start date for contracts.
• Commitment to agreed project timelines and deliverables.
• For US and Canada candidates: readiness to travel for client engagements as required, up to 10%.
• For Philippines candidates: travel is not necessary.
• Valid authorization to work in the respective country.
• Visa sponsorship is unavailable.
• Dayforce certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Preferred: experience with Dayforce HR, WFM, Recruiting, Benefits, or Onboarding modules.
• Preferred: consulting or professional services background.
• Preferred: experience with North American clients.
• Preferred: expertise in integrations or troubleshooting system issues.
• Preferred: experience mentoring or supporting junior consultants.
