This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as a reliable advisor for clients during the implementation and integration of UKG Pro, particularly focusing on the payroll module.
• Assume full responsibility for the entire implementation process—gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, designing, building, testing, rolling out, and providing ongoing support.
• Convert business requirements into comprehensive documentation, project plans, and functional specifications that facilitate project success.
• Oversee data migration initiatives by mapping, validating, and ensuring smooth conversions from source systems to UKG Pro.
• Manage multiple client projects seamlessly, keeping deliverables on schedule while fostering strong client relationships.
• Introduce best practices and established consulting strategies to assist organizations in optimizing their workforce solutions.
• Conduct engaging sessions and presentations that simplify complex topics and empower client teams to thrive.
• Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 3 years in full-cycle HR/payroll system implementation (UKG Pro).
• UKG Pro Certification is highly preferred.
• Technical proficiency, including SQL skills (queries, basic scripts, and understanding of relational databases).
• Practical experience navigating the complete software project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to rollout.
• Willingness to travel between the US and Canada (up to 10%) with valid authorization to work for any employer (please note: visa sponsorship is not available).
