This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee payroll operations within Germany
• Take responsibility for the processing of payroll in Germany
• Assist with outsourced payroll services in the German market
• Liaise with clients regarding the German payroll framework
• Ensure the delivery of a smooth payroll service
• Integrate systems and processes while providing support to colleagues as necessary
• Offer guidance and assistance in adapting foreign HR policies into employment agreements for staff in Germany
• Guarantee that employees receive accurate and timely payments, complying with local laws and regulations
• Demonstrated experience in processing payroll in Germany, with the ability to manage payroll independently
• Familiarity with DATEV software
• Experience in payroll processing within Germany, ideally as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Consultant, or a similar role
• Proficiency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Readiness to begin work immediately
• Self-motivated, detail-focused, and capable of working autonomously in an international setting
