This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and manage pre-payroll analytics and audit reporting for US payroll, developing cycle-level reports and analytics from scratch to detect and address discrepancies prior to submission.
• Design and deliver payroll reporting and analytics for Finance and leadership, enhancing visibility into payroll data instead of merely maintaining existing outputs.
• Input and manage payroll data including commissions, bonuses, and adjustments for all relevant pay cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze commission reports and oversee EIB templates for uploading into Workday.
• Perform regular payroll audits and investigate discrepancies or unusual variances.
• Independently execute end-to-end US payroll cycles, actively participating in payroll entries, adjustments, and off-cycle payments.
• Support employee payroll inquiries and assist in resolving payroll-related questions.
• Collaborate with global payroll vendors on compliance coordination and vendor case management, providing support to the Global Payroll Manager as needed with registrations and jurisdiction activities.
• Aid in tracking and organizing payroll tax cases in OSV, including documentation management and case follow-up, escalating issues to the Global Payroll Manager for tax decisions and resolutions.
• Ensure accurate payroll data across payroll systems and global payroll vendor platforms.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance payroll workflows, reporting, and automation.
• Work with Finance and HRIS teams to improve payroll-related integrations and reporting.
• Assist with payroll-related reporting, reconciliations, and ad-hoc projects as the company expands globally.
• Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience in a high-growth or global organization; startup experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities demonstrated through experience in building payroll reporting and audit processes.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end US payroll operations, with some exposure to international payroll settings.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Payroll.
• Familiarity with OneSource Virtual (OSV).
• Experience in supporting global payroll vendors (Remote).
• Proficient in creating and managing payroll imports and EIB uploads in Workday, including developing templates from the ground up.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage payroll data across various systems.
• Comfortable collaborating with Finance, People, and other cross-functional teams.
