UKG Pro Consultant – HR/Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable advisor for clients as they implement and integrate UKG Pro.

• Assume responsibility for the entire implementation process—requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, build, testing, rollout, and continuous support.

• Convert business requirements into comprehensive documentation, project plans, and functional specifications.

• Guide data migration initiatives by mapping, validating, and ensuring smooth conversions.

• Manage multiple client projects effectively, ensuring deliverables are met while fostering strong client relationships.

• Introduce best practices and effective consulting approaches.

• Facilitate engaging sessions and presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with a minimum of 3 years in full-cycle HR/payroll system implementation (UKG Pro).

• UKG Pro Certification (highly preferred).

• Proficient in SQL (queries, basic scripts, and understanding of relational databases).

• Practical experience navigating the complete software project lifecycle.

• Willingness to travel between the US and Canada (up to 10%) with valid authorization to work for any employer.
