SAP Payroll Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to our clients regarding SAP Payroll, specifically focusing on German Payroll.

• Assess business needs and create customized functional and technical solutions.

• Implement, configure, and enhance SAP Payroll solutions.

• Engage in thrilling implementation, rollout, and optimization projects.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions while assisting key users and business departments.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to guarantee the smooth integration of payroll processes.

• Keep abreast of new SAP technologies and legislative updates, proactively sharing your insights with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Payroll in Germany.

• Strong understanding of German payroll tax, social security, and labor laws.

• Proficient in German (at least B2/C1 level) and good command of English.

• A university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A methodical, solutions-oriented, and self-motivated approach to work.

• Enthusiasm, a desire to learn, and a strong customer-centric attitude.

• Enjoyment in working with clients and collaborating within a team environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for client projects.

• Nice to Have: SAP certifications.

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• Knowledge of ABAP.
