UI/UX Designer – Telehealth Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and refine patient-oriented processes (onboarding, eligibility verification, consultations, and prescriptions)

• Enhance the provider dashboard utilized by our clinical staff

• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and fully developed UI designs

• Perform light usability assessments and suggest enhancements

• Work in tandem with developers to guarantee precise implementation of designs

• Sustain and advance our design system for uniformity throughout the platform

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within health tech, SaaS, or patient-oriented products

• Robust portfolio demonstrating comprehensive product design capabilities (beyond just marketing or branding)

• Expertise in Figma

• Experience in designing mobile-first responsive web applications

• Ability to work asynchronously in a small, agile team

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)

• Bonus: familiarity with telehealth, EMR, or regulated health platforms
