UI/UX Designer – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers to gain insights into product objectives, user requirements, and business needs.

• Create comprehensive user experiences, including flowcharts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for both web and mobile applications.

• Work closely with developers to ensure that the design implementation aligns with the intended vision.

• Refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis, continuously enhancing product usability and aesthetics.

• Maintain and optimize design systems to ensure uniformity across the product.

• Clearly communicate design choices and document UX/UI specifications.

• Take part in design reviews and engage in cross-functional discussions.

• Utilize AI tools (such as Midjourney, Figma AI, ChatGPT/Claude) to expedite ideation, create design variations, and simplify repetitive design tasks.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a robust portfolio showcasing web and app design work, ideally in the Web3 or fintech sectors.

• Proficient in design tools including Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and others.

• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design strategies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• A foundational understanding of frontend development and the handoff process is advantageous.

• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows is a plus.
