Production Designer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Direct the visual creation of creative assets for projects spanning film, advertising, and digital media.

• Ensure visual coherence from the initial concept to the final product.

• Design and produce a high volume of visual assets, such as digital advertisements, social media content, and campaign visuals.

• Oversee the speedy production of assets while adhering to brand guidelines and quality standards for widespread distribution.

• Develop and maintain design templates, style guides, and visual elements for large-scale asset production.

• Manage production schedules and resources to ensure timely delivery of assets.

• Source and oversee stock photography, graphic components, and other visual resources while staying within budget.

• Supervise the final preparation and distribution of assets across various platforms and formats.

• Ensure visual and brand consistency across a wide range of advertising touchpoints.

• Keep up with platform-specific design best practices and emerging advertising technologies.

• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, creative teams, and marketing partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated experience as a Production Designer or in a comparable role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative execution and technical expertise.

• Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Experience in AI image and asset generation.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong grasp of brand design, campaign creativity, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and quality.

• Knowledge of the marketing funnel and extensive experience in high-volume media distribution.

• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in the film, television, or advertising sectors.

• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in motion design.

• Preferred but not mandatory: a problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
