UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify project requirements and produce visual graphics, such as illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs.

• Conceptualize and implement design ideas that adhere to brand standards and project requirements.

• Oversee multiple design initiatives and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to clarify project goals and needs.

• Produce graphics, illustrations, and design components for both digital and print formats.

• Utilize design software including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira to create designs.

• Partner with developers and stakeholders to maintain design integrity and execution.

• Set the creative direction for the organization while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Manage design projects within specified parameters and budget constraints.

• Engage in design evaluations and offer constructive criticism.

• Remain updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative discipline or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira.

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience in an Agile work environment using Jira is highly desirable.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide variety of design projects.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.

• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing visually compelling designs.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.

• Understanding of layouts, graphic principles, typography, as well as print and web design.
