UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create intuitive, user-focused experiences across web and product platforms.

• Assess and enhance user experiences across our various brands, pinpointing chances to unify experiences and generate synergistic effects between products.

• Simplify complex data and workflows into clear, user-friendly interfaces.

• Develop wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

• Contribute to and advance our design system and UI standards.

• Perform lightweight user research and usability testing to guide decision-making.

• Leverage data and user interactions to iterate and enhance performance.

• Maintain consistency across experiences while tailoring to various use cases.

• Assist in cross-functional initiatives where UX influences growth, engagement, or retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or interaction design.

• A robust portfolio showcasing both UX strategies and refined UI execution.

• Experience in designing for web-based products, SaaS platforms, or data tools.

• Capability to distill complex challenges into straightforward, usable solutions.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma (or similar).

• Excellent communication skills — you can articulate the reasoning behind your design choices, not just the outcomes.
