UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop intuitive, user-focused experiences for a regulatory platform built on ServiceNow

• Create user journeys for portals, internal workspaces, and mobile applications

• Convert business requirements into clear, accessible, and efficient workflows

• Design interfaces that enhance usability, productivity, and provide an outstanding user experience

• Work collaboratively with Business Process Consultants (BPCs), solution architects, and developers

• Engage in all stages of design and the ongoing evolution of digital products

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in conducting user research

• Proficient in information architecture

• Skilled in prototyping

• Experience in designing enterprise-level interfaces

• Background in developing user experience-driven solutions

• Strong ability to collaborate efficiently with Business Process Consultants (BPCs), solution architects, and developers

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is an advantage
