UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the visual and interaction design of our innovative B2B SaaS platform.

• Simplify intricate enterprise workflows into smooth, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.

• Serve as a strategic collaborator with Product Management and Engineering within an agile development framework.

• Develop daily features and facilitate usability and design discussions with stakeholders.

• Create new scalable patterns to ensure the product remains visually consistent and accessible.

• Actively seek out opportunities for problem-solving.

• Work alongside developers to execute designs and validate features.

• Articulate UX best practices to foster understanding and consensus around your ideas and designs.

• Establish and uphold UX design guidelines while enhancing UX design through usability testing and user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer in the digital design sector.

• BA or BFA in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent amount of relevant experience.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Knowledge of the software product lifecycle and experience in a collaborative agile environment.

• Must have an understanding of mobile design, responsive design, and proficiency in designing for touch devices.

• Strong grasp of user experience, usability, and accessibility principles.

• Extensive knowledge of user-centered design concepts and methodologies.

• Experience with UX Research methodologies.

• Ability to create high-fidelity interactive wireframes.

• Expert-level proficiency in tools such as Sketch and InVision.

• Familiarity with web and mobile development technologies (e.g., HTML and CSS).

• Experience in designing dashboards, multi-step forms, and progressive disclosure patterns.
