UGC Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of UGC projects at Moggo.

• Provide support to a diverse array of clients throughout France, ensuring prompt and high-quality deliverables.

• Handle the complete project lifecycle, including sourcing and negotiating with creators, crafting optimized briefs and scripts, coordinating shoots, and supervising editing.

• Establish and track schedules, budgets, and overall production progress.

• Collaborate with internal teams, editors, and project managers to guarantee timely deliveries.

• Anticipate potential risks and proactively offer solutions to address issues swiftly and independently.

• Deliver regular and transparent updates to management and clients.

• Continuously enhance project management processes and techniques to boost speed and efficiency.

• Assist in recruiting and developing the project team’s skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly organized and responsive.

• Proficient with tools like Notion, Frame, CapCut, etc.

• At least 2 years of experience in project management within UGC, influencer marketing, or social media.

• Strong understanding of social platforms: you stay updated on trends, consume content, and can recognize what performs well.

• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and written communication skills; a high standard of written expression is essential.

• Requires autonomy and diligence in a fully remote work environment.

• Strong sense of responsibility: you meet deadlines and can manage multiple projects concurrently.
