This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the effective execution and ongoing enhancement of Chief Detective's User-Generated Content (UGC) program.
• Act as the central operational point among clients, Growth Partners, Creative Strategists, creators, and internal production teams.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, evaluate, and manage a diverse range of UGC creators.
• Negotiate compensation and usage rights for creators.
• Oversee creator relationships throughout the lifecycle of campaigns and establish a preferred roster of creators.
• Manage approximately 5–8 UGC client programs concurrently from initiation through to final asset delivery.
• Coordinate creator outreach, selection, product shipments, logistics, briefs, contracts, milestones, assets, and revisions.
• Provide proactive updates on campaigns and communicate progress and risks to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Address issues proactively before they impact timelines and suggest operational solutions.
• Maintain tracking of projects, creator documentation, templates, agreements, performance records, and overall project documentation.
• Enhance SOPs, documentation, templates, creator playbooks, onboarding materials, and processes for campaign learning.
• Create internal case studies and propose operational enhancements to scale the UGC program.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns while keeping documentation organized.
• Expand and strengthen the creator database, improve turnaround times, and decrease creator attrition.
• Maintain prompt communication through Slack and email while ensuring communication loops are closed.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, production coordination, project management, or campaign operations.
• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Technical proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail), ClickUp, Slack, and DocuSign.
• Familiarity with creator management platforms is advantageous.
