This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of content initiatives that enhance customer experience and promote thought leadership programs.
• Take ownership of the complete planning and execution process, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, monitor risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of content workstreams.
• Organize and manage planning meetings, standups, and readiness reviews for launches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define content requirements, messaging, and target audiences.
• Assist in the development and refinement of blogs, executive communications, internal posts, and campaigns.
• Ensure that content is consistent with the brand's voice, tone, and adheres to channel-specific best practices.
• Coordinate with communications, marketing, product, legal, and leadership teams for prioritization and approvals.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs while proposing solutions.
• Manage incoming content requests and uphold a prioritized backlog.
• Define the scope, timelines, responsible parties, and expected outcomes for requests.
• Create executive-ready updates, summaries, and one-pagers.
• Maintain collaborative tools and repositories such as internal portals and shared workspaces.
• Monitor engagement, reach, and adoption metrics.
• Develop simple dashboards and provide insights to enhance content strategy.
• Collaborate with external writers, designers, and agencies to outline briefs, manage deliverables, and ensure quality.
• 8–10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing content, communications, or marketing-related programs.
• Strong program management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, dependency tracking, and execution of deliverables.
• Experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments involving multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create executive-level summaries.
• Familiarity with content lifecycle processes including planning, creation, review, publishing, and distribution.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting (KPIs, dashboards, performance insights).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting enterprise-level or large-scale organizations.
• Background in content strategy, editorial planning, or communications programs.
• Experience with customer experience (CX) or thought leadership initiatives.
• Knowledge of content amplification across various channels (e.g., internal platforms, social media).
• Experience in managing editorial calendars and content pipelines.
• Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Teams, content management systems, or similar collaboration platforms.
• PMP or a comparable project management certification.
