This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee programs that deliver and support intricate product solution implementations.
• Act as the primary contact for delivery concerning designated clients.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to outline solution scope and deadlines.
• Direct delivery teams in creating unified delivery plans that encompass both onshore and offshore product delivery teams.
• Manage integrated delivery across all areas of the program.
• Monitor end-to-end solution gaps and dependencies; promote accountability and resolution strategies.
• Provide daily and weekly status updates to leadership and escalate any blockers.
• Lead integrated workstreams and eliminate barriers.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Facilitate collaboration among engineering, product, and operations teams to implement lessons learned and product enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer resolutions during deployments and operational rollouts.
• Champion continuous improvement within support processes.
• Assist in pre-sales deal analysis and cost estimation across delivery domains.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the implementation phase and post-go-live support.
• Over 10 years of experience in Program Management for large-scale software implementations.
• More than 6 years of experience in the Healthcare sector (Medicare/Medicaid/Pharmacy).
• Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to collaborate across multiple VPs and delivery areas.
• Experience in the product development lifecycle and technical support.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Solid technical background with a capability to comprehend solution architecture.
• Experience in supporting Medicaid and Pharmacy product development and operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory CMS requirements.
• Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to work autonomously.
• Proficient problem-solving skills.
