This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Cultivate client relationships while ensuring the timely achievement of program objectives.
• Supervise program and project coordination, including timelines, budgets, and alignment with program targets.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, Business Development, project teams, and Laboratory Operations.
• Organize regular meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Arrange client visits in collaboration with Business Development and Lab Operations management.
• Support and guide the program governance framework.
• Manage the coordination of complex stability launches.
• Oversee the setup, monitoring, and completion of FTE projects.
• Prioritize project assignments for clients.
• Create project status trackers, distribute them to project teams, and review the results.
• Assess and escalate project risks while soliciting feedback.
• Prepare forecasts and projections for large FTE programs, track budgets and utilization targets, and communicate FTE utilization and expenditures.
• Handle contract processes and renewals for client project contracts.
• Identify and drive new opportunities with existing clients.
• Provide training and support to Program Manager I and Program Manager II.
• Address client inquiries and lead all client communications.
• Manage client expectations and program deliverables in collaboration with Laboratory Operations management.
• Offer internal consulting on project management issues and identify opportunities for process and efficiency enhancements.
• Act as the primary liaison to operational personnel of major clients and oversee large study programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening.
• Strong background in science and/or business principles.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proven analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated adherence to procedures and policies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Project Management.
• Strong skills in client relationship management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams at various levels.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, undefined environment.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in FTE project management, particularly with financial responsibilities like forecasting, is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate, interpret, and understand information and ideas among diverse groups.
• Capability to remain upright and stationary during typical working hours.
• Proficiency in using and learning standard office equipment and technology.
• Ability to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and managing multiple projects or tasks.
• May require travel.
