This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Develop and expand Luminar’s Ambassador Program leveraging current users and community members.
• Recognize dedicated users, photographers, and creators who have the potential to become enduring brand advocates.
• Create processes for ambassador onboarding, communication, activation, and retention.
• Foster consistent relationships and communication with ambassadors.
• Organize offline events, initiatives, and social activations led by ambassadors.
• Contribute to building a sense of community and belonging among ambassadors.
• Monitor ambassador participation, engagement, retention, and content contributions.
• Identify and onboard creators, photographers, educators, and niche influencers in key markets.
• Establish long-term partnerships with creators rather than one-off sponsorships.
• Manage influencer collaborations, campaigns, and product launch activations.
• Develop a scalable workflow for influencer marketing and relationship management.
• Evaluate creator performance, mentions, reach, engagement, and sentiment.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance launches and campaigns through creators.
• Investigate creator ecosystems, photography communities, platform trends, and market opportunities.
• Assist in increasing creator visibility across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• 1–4 years of experience in building or supporting ambassador programs, creator communities, or advocacy initiatives for consumer brands, tech products, SaaS, applications, or creative tools.
• Practical experience engaging with influencers, creators, photographers, educators, or online communities on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows, encompassing creator sourcing, outreach, onboarding, relationship management, campaign coordination, and performance evaluation.
• Experience collaborating with creators and influencers in the US and European markets, with insight into local creator ecosystems, communication preferences, and cultural nuances.
• Capability to establish long-lasting creator relationships and build community trust, beyond mere transactional sponsorships.
• Proficiency in measuring the impact of influencers and communities through metrics such as engagement, reach, mentions, sentiment, Share of Voice, UGC volume, and creator performance.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
