This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and develop solutions based on Microsoft Intune that fulfill user requirements, adhere to security protocols, and meet enterprise standards.
• Package, deploy, and sustain applications through Intune, emphasizing automation, version control, and user experience.
• Create and oversee Intune policies for application deployment, device compliance, security configurations, and configuration profiles.
• Ensure smooth integration with Microsoft 365 services, which includes Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and Autopilot.
• Design and implement provisioning workflows for Windows 10 and 11 utilizing Intune, Autopilot, ESP, and dynamic provisioning methods.
• Configure and manage Windows Update for Business (WUfB) policies to guarantee timely and secure operating system updates.
• Maintain and enhance standardized deployment images for Windows 10 and 11, utilizing both cloud-native and traditional imaging strategies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to transition Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to modern Intune equivalents, such as Settings Catalog and ADMX-backed policies.
• Partner closely with Active Directory and SCCM teams to ensure SCCM readiness and alignment with broader infrastructure objectives.
• Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks within Intune, including endpoint protection, encryption, and data loss prevention.
• Monitor and address security incidents related to mobile devices and endpoints, integrating such incidents with SIEM and SOC workflows.
• Continuously assess and enhance endpoint management processes, proposing innovative solutions and effectively communicating with leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience, education, and training may be considered in place of a degree.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience in migrating users and desktops to Microsoft Intune.
• Proven experience in packaging applications using Microsoft Intune.
• Experience creating and troubleshooting task sequences for operating system deployment.
• Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts.
• Experience collaborating directly with customers and other stakeholders to interpret requirements, gather feedback, and provide status updates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and a strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
• Current IAT Level II (or higher) Certification such as Security+ or CISSP.
