This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Operate unmanned aerial systems in accordance with established checklists and safety protocols.

• Perform preflight preparations, which include mission briefings, weather assessments, Notice to Airmen (NOTAMs), Special Instructions (SPINs), and airspace regulations.

• Assess customer mission needs and identify operational requirements.

• Gather and analyze data collected from flights and complete post-mission reports/logs.

• Collaborate with team members and clients to strategize and execute UAS missions.

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of UAS and ground support equipment.

• Work with Company subject matter experts to address issues that exceed field maintenance capabilities as necessary.

• Perform inventory checks of UAS spare parts/components and report cycle counts.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in operating and/or maintaining UAS platforms.

• Knowledge and experience in providing direct support and services to customers in a field setting.

• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication abilities.

• Must be willing to deploy to remote and, at times, challenging environments for assignments lasting 4 to 6 months; readiness to travel up to 70% of the year.

• Capability to pass customer-mandated medical, dental, and psychological pre-deployment screenings.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors, including in extreme high and low temperatures and varying weather conditions.

• An active Department of Workforce (DoW) Secret clearance.

• Preferred: Experience in maritime deployment.

• Familiarity with Integrator or RQ21 systems.

• Experience in providing system training with the ability to apply instructional skills.

• Current qualifications on ScanEagle or Integrator, including Operator/Maintenance and/or Mission Coordinator certifications.

• Other relevant UAS experience (e.g., training, flight testing, engineering).

• Prior military experience or experience working with military clients.
