This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
β’ Initiate, enhance, and expand campaigns on Yahoo Ads and LINE Ads.
β’ Create a unique creative strategy specifically designed for the Japanese audience (including messaging, visuals, and tone of voice).
β’ Oversee and increase advertising budgets while achieving profitability goals.
β’ Take ownership of campaign performance and growth metrics (including Spend volume, CPA/CAC, Conversion rates, and Funnel efficiency).
β’ Experiment with creatives, landing pages, and target audiences while considering cultural context.
β’ Evaluate performance and uncover new opportunities for growth.
β’ Must be born in Japan with native-level proficiency in Japanese.
β’ Strong grasp of Japanese internet culture, consumer behavior, local advertising trends, and communication subtleties and expectations.
β’ Practical experience with Yahoo Japan Ads and LINE Ads, managing at least $30,000 in monthly expenditures on these platforms.
β’ English proficiency at B1 level or above.
β’ Demonstrated experience in promoting B2C products, digital products, online services, applications, or subscriptions.
