Typescript/React Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product Lead to shape products through estimations and address concerns aligned with company goals and targets.

• Provide proactive assistance with incidents, including hot fixes and downtime prevention.

• Develop projects following developer best practices.

• Investigate, explore, and educate yourself on new ideas and research that could benefit Prezly in the future.

• Refactor projects as needed.

• Address bugs proactively and reactively.

• Determine the most effective way to implement projects on time and within scope.

• Work closely with Design to ensure user-friendly implementations.

• Conduct quality control through testing and performance improvements.

• Assist during incidents by helping to debug issues.

• You are expected to ship, learn, and iterate quickly instead of waiting for perfection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Near-native English proficiency is essential.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Frontend (TS/React) Developer role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A reliable internet connection is required.

• A thorough understanding of React and Typescript, along with best practices for application development.

• Ability to work comfortably in a large, existing codebase and enhance it over time.

• A strong commitment to improving our customers' experiences and addressing bugs proactively and reactively.

• Capability to make and clearly explain technical trade-offs.
