TV Content Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Upload and disseminate content across YouTube, podcast, and various social media platforms

• Schedule videos, livestream replays, shorts, and clips in accordance with the content calendar

• Ensure that all assets are correctly formatted, tagged, and published punctually

• Facilitate the final handoff between editors, producers, and marketing teams

• Compose and enhance titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, and captions

• Assist in thumbnail testing and title experimentation to boost click-through rates (CTR)

• Adhere to SEO best practices for YouTube and search-based content

• Oversee and manage the Tradeify TV publishing calendar

• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and upcoming launches

• Aid in organizing content inventory, including raw footage, completed assets, and backlog opportunities

• Conduct and monitor A/B tests for thumbnails, titles, upload timing, and packaging

• Track key performance metrics such as CTR, retention, watch time, impressions, and subscriber growth

• Provide assistance with livestream operations, guest scheduling, notes, prep sheets, and run-of-show documents

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in content operations, media coordination, production assistance, or digital publishing roles

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

• Familiarity with YouTube Studio and content publishing processes

• Understanding of thumbnails, titles, metadata, and strategies for audience growth

• Capability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication abilities and a proactive ownership mindset
