Enterprise Content Management, ECM, OpenText Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance O-I’s global OpenText platform, ensuring its performance, scalability, and reliability across various regions.

• Lead a compact, distributed team while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to provide enterprise-level content management solutions.

• Serve as the escalation point for intricate technical issues.

• Design and implement scalable ECM solutions.

• Maintain platform availability, performance, and security.

• Oversee incident management and conduct root cause analysis.

• Work alongside business and IT stakeholders to define requirements.

• Direct ECM projects, including upgrades, integrations, and migrations.

• Ensure adherence to security and data governance standards.

• Promote continuous enhancement of support and delivery processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 7 years of IT experience, including work with Enterprise Content Management platforms.

• More than 4 years of hands-on experience with OpenText technologies (e.g., Content Server, Extended ECM, Archive Center, integrations).

• Proven experience in leading or coordinating distributed/offshore teams.

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale platforms in a global context.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in English.

• Experience with ECM integrations (e.g., SAP, APIs, other enterprise systems).

• Familiarity with data governance and records management practices.
