📋 Description

• You will manage content like a business within the marketing department, being directly accountable for how content influences pipeline, conversion, and revenue throughout the organization.

• The Director of Content Marketing is a strategic and hands-on leader tasked with establishing and operating a high-performing content engine that drives demand generation, customer acquisition, and growth.

• You will collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and Sales to ensure that content is fully integrated into revenue-generating initiatives.

• Define and take ownership of the content strategy that aligns with demand generation goals and revenue objectives.

• Lead and cultivate a team of content strategists and specialists across SEO/GEO, social media, and editorial functions.

• Actively contribute to the creation of high-impact content, including campaigns, thought leadership pieces, and conversion-focused materials.

• A hands-on operator capable of delivering high-quality work when necessary.

• Extensive experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and content marketing.

• A data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes rather than outputs.

• Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to influence across different teams.

• Proficient in SEO and familiar with evolving search trends, including generative search.

• Passionate about creating content that fosters engagement, conversion, and growth.
